Our Mission

The Foundation for Dutch Language and Culture (FODULAC) is dedicated to making the Dutch language and culture accessible to all. We believe in the power of education and cultural understanding to connect people, strengthen communities, and open doors.

Our core mission is to:

  • Empower individuals through Dutch language education

  • Celebrate and preserve Dutch culture, literature, and history

  • Facilitate academic exchange and research between India, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Suriname

  • Support underserved communities with scholarships, workshops, and digital access

  • Promote mutual respect through cross-cultural events, storytelling, and shared learning
